¾ slightly cooled boiling water

1 ripe mashed banana (small) approx ½ cup

½ crushed ice

1 tbsp orange juice

½ fresh minced ginger

Honey  to sweeten

Green Skinny Tea Smoothie Instructions

1/Brew Skinny Time Tea in slightly cooled boiled water. Steep for about 5 minutes, then refrigerate for ½ an hour.

2/Place the banana, ginger, orange juice, ice and cooled skinny tea detox in a blender until well blended and smooth. 3/Add honey or sweetener to taste.

3/ Pour into a tall glass.

4/ Serve immediately.
