With your consent, you may receive marketing emails about any store updates, new products, or general information about our website.

In what way do you give consent for us to use and collect your information?

On the other hand, we will directly ask for your consent in the case of miscellaneous contact, such as requiring personal information for email marketing. You will have the choice to accept or decline this request.

We will not normally disclose your personal information. However, we will share it if we are required by law, or in some cases, if you grossly violate our Terms and Conditions.

Our website is hosted through Shopify, Inc. This host allows us to run our business on its e-commerce platform so that we can provide you with access to our services.

All of our data, including the personal information our customers provide us, is stored in Shopify servers. The server is secured with a heavy firewall in order for your information to remain intact and private.

Payment Data Storage:

When making your transaction directly through our website, Shopify collects your credit card information. This is then securely encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), and is only stored for the short period of time you need to make the payment. Once the transaction is complete, the payment data is immediately deleted from storage.

PCI-DSS is strictly supervised by the PCI Security Standards Council, and therefore all direct payments gateways through our website will always follow these standards.

PCI-DSS; in a joint venture with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express; provides our website with the ability to securely handle all transactions made by our customers.

To learn more about payment data storage, you can refer to Shopify’s Terms and Conditions / Private Policy.

Most of the third-party service providers we employ only collect and disclose your data in order to provide their services to us.

However, some of these services will practice their own private policies in terms of the information we provide them. These exceptions involve payment-related service providers, such as transaction processers or direct payment gateways.

For more information about the independent private policies of these third-party providers, we suggest that you read their respective statements so you become more aware of how your personal data will be handled by them. Keep in mind that some providers may be located out of our or your jurisdiction, and the laws that govern payment data may be different. Additionally, you will be subject to the laws of the different jurisdictions, which may include information disclosure.

When you leave our website, you are no longer subject to our Private Policy or Terms and Conditions. This includes if you visit a third-party’s website via a link provided by our own.

Any websites you visit through links our store provides will practice their own policies. We are not responsible for any differing Terms and Conditions or Private Policy, so we suggest that you make sure you read and understand them.

One of our third-party service providers is Google Analytics, which we use to gather information about our website and webpage traffic.

We do our best to protect all personal data, so we make sure to follow all industry standards and regulations. This is our attempt to make sure no personal information is leaked, used, disclosed, accessed, etc. without your consent.

All credit card information is encrypted and stored with secure socket layer technology (SSL) and AES-256. There is no 100% fool-proof way of securing Internet data, but we make sure to strictly follow the PCI-DSS standards in order to prevent information misuse.

The following list includes all the cookies our website uses. You may use this knowledge to opt out of them if you wish.

We reserve the right to alter any of our privacy policies at any time. In order to stay updated in your knowledge of our practices, please check this page regularly. Any modifications made will take effect as soon as they are published.

You will be alerted to any changes we make on this page so that you are updated on how we handle our customers’ personal data.
