This website is operated by Skinny Time Tea. The information contained within this document relates to the Skinny Time Tea online store, trading under Prestigious Gifts Pty Ltd. Skinny Time Tea is the trading name for Prestigious Gifts Pty Ltd (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Skinny Time Tea).
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Skinny Time Tea. Skinny Time Tea offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices as stated here.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. Revisions will be enacted upon being published through the Skinny Time Tea website.
Skinny Time Tea’s website lies within the jurisdiction of the State of NSW, Australia.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS:
- All orders are shipped within the first 30 hours after the transactions. If you wish to cancel your teatox order, you must contact Skinny Time Tea within the first 2 hours after your transaction. Any requests after this time will not be processed and refused the refunds. Address changes must also be received within the first 2 hours after the transaction. Any email requests after this time will not be applied to the order.
- A cancellation request must be titled “Cancel Order,” which must be placed in the subject line of the email. Requests that do not adhere to this rule will be overlooked and not addressed.
- A change of address request must be titled “Change of Address,” which must also be placed in the subject line of the email. If not titled this way, the request will not be processed for the order.
- Processed orders cannot be modified in terms of postage preference or ordered products.
- Skinny Time Tea ensures the safe and intact delivery of the skinny detox tea. Any complaint of the lack of personal results of the ordered products when not used in combination with Skinny Time Tea’s recommended diet plan is not appropriate to receive a refund.
- We offer a full money-back refund (including shipping costs) if the product does not provide complete satisfaction in terms of the shipment delivery. This includes complete contents, correct labelling, non-contamination, and secured packaging.
- The delivery will be made to the address submitted at the time of the transaction or the change of address made within the first 2 hours after the payment. Skinny Time Tea is not liable for any refunds or reorders if the customer does not provide the store with the correct address or timely address change request.
- If you wish for a money-back refund due to dissatisfaction of the shipment, you must request a refund and provide photographic evidence of the product so that Skinny Time Tea may witness the unsatisfactory condition of it. - Skinny Time Tea is not liable for late shipments due to postal issues/delays. However, customers may receive refunds depending on individual cases if the product has not reached them after 7 days of the original delivery time.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receiving the skinny detox tea order. Customers must explain their discontent in the product(s) they have received. Skinny Time Tea will not refund or allow a return of the teatox if 14 days has passed since the delivery.
- It is the product recipient’s responsibility to examine the shipment for any issues, as well as make a refund or return request within the proper time frame.
- In order to receive a quick response from Skinny Time Tea concerning your refund, make sure to contact skinnytimetea.info immediately. Ensure that you provide your order number and product contents as well.
- A full money-back refund cannot be provided if the package is already on route to the recipient. Any refund requests made before the package is shipped can be processed, and the money will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account of the customer without any additional charges. If the shipment was made and a refund is requested even though the product was delivered in satisfactory condition, the product(s) must be delivered back to Skinny Time Tea before a refund can be provided. Keep in mind that in this case, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS
Before and after photos should be sent to skinnytimetea.info . Please make sure any comparison photos display the same areas on your body that have changed upon using our product(s).
Every picture must display your face in order for us to verify the validity of your changes.
If you give us consent to post your pictures on social media websites but are concerned with your privacy, please let us know and we can edit out any features on the photos that may be distinguishable before we post them.
All submitted “Before and After” photos must also have a short review or description of your product experience. Please do not provide potentially offensive feedback or photos, as the photos posted online will aim to support and inspire other women to better themselves. This includes appropriate poses and attire.
When you send in your photos, you are giving Skinny Time Tea the consent to use them for its marketing purposes, so do not send any photos if you do not agree with this.
